First Day of Camp and Science Museum

Today we walked over to Kingdom House and ate breakfast with the kids. Next, we sang and danced along with them and Emma, Alex, Joey, and Abby lead a read aloud. One of the songs we sang was about building up your self esteem along with the others around you. Third, we took some time to participated in a learning activity that focused on understanding the lives of the kids we are working with. Then, we planned an upcoming carnival for the summer camp. Then visited the Missouri Science Museum. Lastly, we came home and Adam and Andrew cooked a taco dinner. Later in the night we plan on having a meeting, playing a game and celebrating Kaylie's birthday.
